Pamela Keith
 
 

Pam Keith has been affiliated with Temple Law Offices since 2017, and is shares the firm expertise in the workplace law.  Pam graduated from Boston College Law School in 1995, and served the country as a United States Navy Judge Advocate for four years, with tours in Norfolk, Bahrain and Washington, D.C.  She entered into private practice with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, and then Jones Day, both in Washington DC, where she learned the intricacies of traditional labor law and complex employment litigation. 

Pam moved from the area to work in Chicago, and was eventually recruited to be Senior Labor Counsel for one of the nation’s largest suppliers of clean and renewable energy, NextEra Energy/FPL, in Jupiter, FL.

In 2014, Pam decided to pursue her passion for a policy that makes a difference, by running for U.S. Senate in the state of FL.  Pam has the distinction of being the first African American woman In Florida history to run a qualified campaign for the U.S. Senate.  A tenacious and effective campaigner, Pam ran for office again in 2018 and 2020, continuing to grow her political influence and power, while continuing to be an active and effective advocate for clients in the District of Columbia. 

Pam now inhabits a very unique space in DC, as one of the most visible and provocative social media influencers on politics and policy, while pursuing some of the most challenging and impactful cases on behalf of employees and small business owners in the DC area. 

Pam has also developed a unique capacity as a spirited and engaging public and motivational speaker, and is an expert on Diversity and Inclusion in the corporate world.  Her breadth of both experience and reach make her uniquely suited to bridge the gap between corporate leaders and the dynamic and diverse workforce they hope to recruit, retain and leverage to succeed into the future. 

Pam is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., an avid cook and baker, a world traveler, an enthusiastic tennis player, a pet mom to two wonderful rescue cats, and an invaluable member of the Temple Law Offices team.
